Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, booking classes, or participating in any Omandala services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Omandala provides yoga classes, wellness workshops, retreats, training programs, and related services. By booking or participating in our services, you acknowledge that:

Yoga and wellness practices involve physical activity that may carry risk of injury
You are responsible for consulting with healthcare providers before beginning any new exercise program
You participate in all activities at your own risk
You must inform instructors of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations

Bookings & Payments

Reservations

Advance booking is required for classes, retreats, and private sessions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to fees. Retreat and training program cancellations have separate policies provided at booking.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our booking forms. All fees are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise stated.

Health & Safety

By participating in Omandala services, you represent and warrant that:

You are physically able to participate in yoga and wellness activities
You have disclosed all relevant health conditions, injuries, and medications to your instructor
You understand that yoga should not cause pain, and you will communicate discomfort to your instructor
You will follow all studio rules, safety guidelines, and instructor directions
You are not under the influence of substances that may impair your practice

Liability Waiver

You hereby release and discharge Omandala, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of your participation in our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or illness. This waiver extends to injuries caused by negligence of the released parties, except where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and materials, is the property of Omandala and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and usage practices.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hoi An, Vietnam.
